Grandma's Potato Dish

Ingredients:
500 grams potatoes, salt, 6 eggs, 1 tablespoon butter, 2 slices ham, 2 tsp chives (finely chopped), 2 teaspoon parsley (chopped) 1 teaspoon mustard, 1 ¼ dl sour cream, pepper, 2 tablespoon grated cheese.

Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Peel the potatoes and boil them in water with a little bit of salt almost done. Let them cool and cut them into thin slices no. Boil the eggs hard in 10 minutes, rinse with cold water, peel and chop finely. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the potato slices on both sides until golden brown. Grease an ovenproof dish and lay the potato slices in it. Cut the ham into strips. Mix the chopped eggs, chives, parsley, mustard and ham by the sour cream. Stir in a little salt and pepper and divide the mixture evenly over the potatoes. Sprinkle the grated cheese over dish and bake about 20 minutes in the oven (just above the middle) until the top is browned.
